TCS ranked No1 for customer satisfaction in survey of leading Swiss organisations
Tata Consultancy Services tops independent study by Whitelane Research surveying over 80 top IT spenders in Switzerland
Zurich | Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organis ation, has been ranked number one for customer satisfaction in the 2018 Swiss IT Outsourcing Study by Whitelane Research.
The in-depth study is based on a survey of senior executives (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs or their direct reports) from over 80 of the top IT spending organis ations in Switzerland, who oversee over 300 unique IT services contracts. Respondent scores were used to evaluate the top 18 IT service providers in Switzerland on their performance, customer satisfaction levels and delivery of quality.
With a general satisfaction score of 74 percent , TCS was once again the highest ranked provider in Switzerland on this parameter. This is the sixth year in a row that TCS has been ranked highest for customer satisfaction.
