Tata Steel Europe (formerly Corus) is a leading European steel producer which supplies high-quality strip steel products to demanding markets such as construction, automotive, packaging and engineering. Corus was acquired by Tata Steel in April 2007. Tata Steel is one of the most globally diversified steel producers with operations in 26 countries, a commercial presence in over 50 countries and 21000 employees.
Tata Steel Europe’s primary steel-making operations are located in Ijmuiden in Netherlands and Port Talbot in Wales, UK. Downstream manufacturing operations are located in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Turkey, Canada and the US.
